Our founder, Sir Bloody William Salutations, traveler of The Internets! Welcome to William's Bloody Hell, so named after our founder, Sir Bloody William. He is seen in the likeness above in a rare, 19th century woodcut. This image was rumoured to have been commissioned after a bout of unpleasantness in the White Chapel district of London. :: Today's soundtrack: The Cure "Disintegration" ::

I'd like to take this opportunity to discuss 2 things I feel strongly about. The first being the television show Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the second is continuity errors. I have spoke about these things before both in chat rooms and to live humans, and always I am told that I do not know what I am talking about. However, now that I have a situation where no one can neither talk back nor interrupt, let me elaborate.

Those whom I have spoken on the subject of Buffy and its continuity errors have been big fans and do not want to believe that such a thing exists, but boy do they ever. A few major examples include:

If in The Wish, destroying Anyanka's pendant reversed every wish and curse she'd ever performed, then how come that guy showed up to ruin her wedding in "Hell's Bells"?

The subject of a possible Third Slayer after Buffy's death in The Gift was never addressed or even considered a possibility, even though throughout season 7 every Scooby explained to the Potentials that in order for them to reach full slayer hood Buffy would have to die (Faith's death wasn't usually mentioned as a possibility for that either).

In the season 4 episode "The I in Team," Buffy joins the Initiative and is issued a pager. She expresses the fact that she has been meaning to get one. Well, she should already have one, as showed in the season 1 episode, "Never Kill A Boy On the First Date" ("If the Apocalypse happens, beep me"-Buffy to Giles)

I think I've suitably proved my point. So now that I've properly impressed you with my useless encyclopedic knowledge of a cancelled television show and that yes I am a sad, pathetic man with nothing better to do, I bid you...

So long till next week,

William
